How do we overcome Army/Police brutality 2 Months, 3 Weeks ago
We see instances of police abuse and brutality in Uganda every day. A pattern of behavior that is inherent with the era. The type of policing is based on confrontation with the population rather than protection. These individuals are so above the law and when they appear to be below it they bend it to conform with their stuck-up ways. Surely, are their hands that tied or do they just get pleasure from seeing others suffer. In my opinion these individuals are so overbearing that they just want to impose on us their tenets. I know am telling you what you already know, but what is the way out? How do we overcome this?
